       Dairyland Delights is a wholesale bakery located in the heart of western Wisconsin. The bakery got its start from the owner’s love of baking, instilled in her as a small child from her Italian mother and grandmother.  They showed their love by spending hours mixing, baking, talking and, of course enjoying the fruits of their labor. 

      As she grew, so did her desire to do more.  She attended school for hotel and restaurant management, worked in a restaurant in Minneapolis and catered with her aunt and mom.  No job was as satisfying as her true love…… baking.  Putting the apron on, pulling her hair back, measuring the flour and sugar, mixing in the oil, the butter, and then adding the special flavor, brings her pure joy. And then, when you think it can't get any better, there is that glorious aroma that can’t be retained in the four walls of the oven. 

      It started with a creamy, luscious cheesecake, but Dairyland Delights has grown into a full scale wholesale bakery of cakes, breads, muffins, cookies and more.  We pride ourselves in customizing flavors and sizes for our customers.  That love that is shared between a grandmother, mother and child is in each product we make.
