My story of baking and cooking began as a child, being raised in an Italian family great food is everything. With that said I began cooking with my grandmother and great aunt at her catering and wedding cake business.
I went on to college for Hotel/Restaurant Management in Minneapolis, MN. I ended up like most of my classmates working at a downtown restaurant until I graduated.
I then have had a few business management positions, but they just could not fill my needs to bake. Well during that time I would throw parties just to cook and bake, might sound wierd but I love cooking and baking.
Then I opened up my own cheesecake bakery and now you can benifit from my baking addiction!
When I started my only goal is to bake the finest cheesecake anywhere! I use only the finest ingredients and bake in small batches. All the cheesecakes are hand made, not pressed out of a machine, and you CAN taste the difference.
If you try just one of my cakes you'll be back for more, but I have to warn you they will dissapear quick so hide one for yourself.
